Poor timing and trust in indicators

The TREN.OB (yahoo ticker symbol) for stock TREN was invalid. After some investigation, it seems there was a much better entry on the 16th. I've eliminated stocks from the scan that have gained more than 10% in value in 5 or 10 days. I've also added constraints to the uptrend scan so not so many stocks are picked. Stocks selected in this scan must be at least 9% down from the quarter high and 20% up from the quarter low and have a slow stochastic efficiency ratio greater than 0.33.
