Interest Rate Reduction

The interest rate will be reduced tomorrow. Bernake will kindly tell us how much. If it's too little, the financial markets will diminish abruptly. If it's too much, the value of the dollar will diminish. The trick is to find the rate that will cause the least amount of total loss.
